Shippers must provide detailed packing lists (PL) and commercial invoices (CI) in Chinese/English. Discrepancies in documents resulting in additional charges at the destination port will be the shipper’s responsibility.

Please affix shipping marks on the outer packaging of goods and include the warehouse entry number assigned by our company.

If sensitive goods are mixed with ordinary goods, the entire shipment will be charged as sensitive cargo. Special items (sensitive goods: sanitary ware, tiles, steel materials, construction iron materials, tires, POS machines, electrical appliances, motorcycle parts, auto parts, cosmetics, food, imitation brands, carpets, fabrics, etc.) will require price confirmation based on the item list.
- Flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous, or prohibited items such as dangerous chemicals are strictly prohibited from entering the warehouse.
